CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENTS

All reservations require a payment of S/ 100 per person. The passenger is responsible for all fees charged by intermediary banks for any transaction, including deposits, bank transfers, and other payment methods.

When the remaining balance is paid, a receipt or invoice will be provided at our office in Iquitos.

All reservations are subject to availability, and spaces are limited.

Payment Methods

Method 1 – Online Payment via Izipay Payment Link
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A 5% processing fee applies.

Method 2 – Bank Deposit and/or Bank Transfer

Please contact us for detailed instructions on how to proceed with your payment.

Payments made by bank transfer or deposit must include all transaction and currency exchange fees, including those charged by the customer's financial institution and any intermediary financial institution used by the customer's bank to complete the transfer.

The amount received in our account must correspond to the agreed amount stated on the passenger's or group's invoice, with all applicable fees already covered.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at our office upon arrival in Iquitos.

At our office, we accept Peruvian Soles (PEN), United States Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS AND GROUPS

For reservation cancellations, no refunds will be issued. The S/ 100 payment serves as a booking guarantee confirming the passenger's commitment to take the tour on the scheduled or reserved date.

We only accept date changes and transfers of passenger names for individual or group reservations. These changes are valid for travel within one (1) year from the original reservation date.

Once this period has expired, any agreement or contract regarding the services offered by the Company will be automatically cancelled.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during your trip.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and by using our services, you agree to comply with the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Therefore, we recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions each time you are about to make a booking, transaction, or contract for any of our services through our website.
